Job summary

Aromatech Group in Istanbul (Maltepe) seeks an Account Manager to strengthen its sales team. This role requires a solid background in sales within the flavor and/or food industry, with responsibilities spanning client visits, plan development, orders, inquiries, and pricing.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry, have 5+ years of experience, and are fluent in English. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the flavor or food industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement annual Sales and Marketing Plans for your portfolio.
• Manage customer orders and respond efficiently to inquiries and requests.
• Monitor project requests and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Use the company’s ERP system for sales operations.
• Contribute actively to site safety in line with internal policies and guidelines.
• Participate in Business Development Meetings and support strategic initiatives.

Aromatech is seeking an Account Manager (F/M) to strengthen its team in Maltepe, Istanbul. Available immediately, this role requires a solid background in sales within the flavor and/or food industry.

Your main mission ?

Develop and manage a portfolio of customers by actively prospecting new business opportunities and leading projects. Build strong, long-term customer relationships and contribute to the company’s commercial growth.

Missions :

Your strengths :

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
