Wingie Enuygun Group in İstanbul invites you to join our growing Business Development team as an Account Development Executive. This on-site role offers a path to influence hotel contract processes and partner communications.

You will prepare contracts, coordinate between Business Development Managers and internal teams, manage hotel contract data, and support compliance and reporting. Fluent English and Turkish, a bachelor’s in a related field, and travel/hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field.
• Experience in administrative or support roles in travel/hospitality.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and multitasking.
• Clear written and verbal English and Turkish communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with contract tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Serve as primary contact between Business Development Managers and internal departments.
• Manage data related to hotel contracts and pricing with regular reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for hotel agreements.
• Address day-to-day issues in hotel contracting and escalate when needed.
• Support compliance monitoring of contractual terms and guidelines.
• Research market trends and competitive activity to provide insights.
