Job summary

Wingie Enuygun Group is Turkey's leading travel marketplace seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its Growth department on a full-time, on-site basis. You will influence multi-country paid media strategies and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in performance marketing, fluency in English, and deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker/BigQuery).

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in performance marketing with leadership in high-scale digital environments.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/App/YouTube), Meta, Programmatic DSPs, and affiliates.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, MMPs, GTM, Looker/BigQuery, and attribution systems.
• Strong quantitative background with CAC/LTV modelling and incrementality understanding.
• Business acumen to connect media to P&L impact and revenue planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Fluent in English; able to work with global partners and stakeholders.

• Develop a multi-country paid media roadmap aligned with strategic growth priorities.
• Scale performance channels with disciplined budget allocation, automation, and testing.
• Lead creative effectiveness with structured test frameworks and assets.
• Manage forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis for budgets.
• Educate teams on best practices, trends, and automation opportunities.
• Guide new market launches with rapid testing, sizing, and ramp-up.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• 7–10+ years in performance marketing with demonstrated leadership in high-scale digital environments (e-commerce, travel-tech strongly preferred).
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/App/YouTube), Meta, Programmatic DSPs, and affiliate ecosystems.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, MMPs, GTM, Looker/BigQuery, and attribution systems.
• Strong quantitative background: comfortable with complex data, forecasting, CAC/LTV modelling, and incrementality understanding.
• Business acumen: able to connect media performance to P\&L impact, contribution margins, and revenue planning.
• Effective cross-functional partner with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Fluent in English; able to work with global partners and stakeholders.
• Ambitious, structured, analytical, and comfortable in high-speed, AI-first environments.

• Manage forecasting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis for performance budgets.
• Serve the performance thought-leader across the organisation educating teams on best practices, trends, and automation opportunities.
• Guide new market launches, ensuring rapid testing, sizing, and performance ramp-up.
