Responsibilities:

1. Attend walk-in customers’ enquiries
2. Provide excellent customer service on shop floor, perform cashiering duties
3. Demonstrate and promote range of products to customers
4. Provide professional and personalised advice to customers in product selection
5. Work with clients on project-based solutions
6. Coordinate with client on installations
7. Achieve and exceed sales target of the store
8. Up-sell products to customers
9. Assist in changing displays when required
10. Maintain store appearance, merchandise and display products to ensure a prestigious and presentable look in accordance with marketing standards
11. Attend sales and company meetings when needed
12. Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

1. Possess minimum 2 years of working experience in luxury retail and/or high-end interior furnishing
2. Possess a cheerful and outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation
3. Be result and customer oriented
4. Be a team player with good integrity and exceptional work ethic
5. Be responsible, trustworthy and hardworking
6. Possess a strong competitive attitude
7. Possess a passion for luxury goods
8. Possess professional appearance and demeanour
9. Be able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

5-day work week Mon - Sat 10.30am – 8.00pm, Sun and PH 11.00am – 7.00pm
Able to commit to weekends and public holidays

This role will report to our B&O Store Manager.

Salary: Basic from $2000 with commission, incentive, AWS.
