Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of dealers/service contractors to promote sales
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
Coordinate credit application for new customers
Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule
Attend site meetings, customers complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning systems and Indoor Air Quality
Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
