Job summary
A Family Service Centre in Singapore is seeking a Lead Social Worker to oversee practice quality and supervise social work teams. This role focuses on driving initiatives that support vulnerable families and strengthen community outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of social work experience, including 5 years in a leadership/supervisory position. Competitive salary up to $8,500 and meaningful work with a direct community impact are offered.

Lead casework quality, assessment tools, and professional processes
Supervise and develop social workers and supervisors
Drive groupwork and community programmes
Advocate for vulnerable families and strengthen community partnerships
Support operational processes, crisis management, and trauma-informed practices
Implement Centre-level improvements and contribute to sector initiatives
Degree in Social Work (or relevant Counselling/Psychology qualification)
Minimum 10 years of social work experience, including 5 years in leadership/supervision
Strong skills in case management, risk assessment, and reflective practice
Ability to engage community partners and lead teams
Willing to conduct home visits when required
Lead professional practice and influence Centre-wide improvements
