Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate sales teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting training, and overseeing outlet operations. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with customers. This role offers competitive pay, incentives, and the opportunity to work near MRT stations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in sales or operations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operations and customer service quality.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance.
Skills
- Basic up to $6,000 + Incentives
- Retail hours
- Location: Near MRT stations
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, and customer service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends; prepare weekly reports.
- Manage inventory, POS operations, and outlet facilities to ensure efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and enforce high service, grooming, and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Support marketing activities and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales execution.
- Min. 5 years of management experience in sales/operations, preferably in retail, beauty, spa, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of beauty/wellness products and treatments (advantageous).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
