• Basic up to $6,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, and customer service quality.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends; prepare weekly reports.
• Manage inventory, POS operations, and outlet facilities to ensure efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and enforce high service, grooming, and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Support marketing activities and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales execution.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of management experience in sales/operations, preferably in retail, beauty, spa, hospitality, or FMCG.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a service-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty/wellness products and treatments (advantageous).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
