• Manage overall solutions, new proposals, and identify opportunities to improve or implement strategies to expand Corporate IT services.
• Identify areas of concerns, issues, and implement strategic solutions to further improve IT operations.
• Manage issues and risks associated with projects, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and handle aspects through formal change management mechanisms.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements during the project lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including procurement processes.
• Manage the change enablement process throughout project duration.
• Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
• Determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
• Engage and manage appropriate onshore and offshore vendor resources, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs) to meet requirements and service level agreements

• Experience: 3+ years in IT project management, with hands‑on experience in managing tech projects.
• IT Background: Preferred experience in IT solutions, with a good understanding of technology processes.
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, with the ability to ensure applications are developed and deployed securely.
