Job summary
A leading architecture firm in Singapore seeks an in-house IT contact to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage IT inventory, vendor relationships, and the onboarding process for new staff. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in IT and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or operations within an SME environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ability to manage IT inventory and coordinate vendor procurement.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for service requests and procurement.
- Manage onboarding of new staff with required IT setups.
