Job summary

Salary: $2,600 – $2,800
Location: Ubi / Central
Work Schedule:
• 8:30am – 6:00pm (Office hours) OR
• Shift hours, 5 days/week (including 1 weekend) OR
• Part-time: 4 hours/day (5 days/week)
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone
- Handle incoming calls through softphone system (Avaya)
- Accurately record call details and customer information into the system
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, satisfactory solutions
- Escalate recurring issues to supervisors for follow-up and resolution
- Support ad-hoc contact centre projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with prior customer service or office administration experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, customer-oriented attitude
