Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07:30-17:15

Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries from suppliers or transport vehicles.
• Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies and checking against delivery notes.
• Storing goods in appropriate locations within the warehouse to maximize space.
• Labeling and tagging inventory with relevant information.
• Counting stock regularly to ensure accuracy and to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Picking items based on customer or internal orders.
• Packing goods securely for shipping, ensuring they are properly prepared to avoid damage during transit.
• Labeling packages with the correct information and delivery details.
• Ensuring accuracy in the picking and packing process to avoid errors in shipments.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to avoid accidents or injuries.
• Performing routine equipment checks to ensure everything is functioning properly.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.
• Reporting any issues such as damaged goods, discrepancies in inventory, or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec with related education.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience of working experience in Store/Warehouse.
• SAP & Warehouse knowledge is added advantage.
• Prefer with forklift license.
• Willing to do OT if required.
