Executive Student Ambassador

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join us as Executive Student Ambassador in James Cook University, Singapore.

The successful incumbent will be the primary point of contact for a group of assigned students, guiding and supporting them throughout their academic journey to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

Responsibilities
  • To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Eg: Finance , Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions etc) that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies.
  • Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery.
  • Liaise with external agencies as required.
  • Receive and process student payments.
Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experiences
  • A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales & customer services related working experience.
  • Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy / eye for details
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work

Remuneration and conditions: The positions command an appropriate remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience. All employment salary arrangements are offered in SGD. Candidates must consider the lower tax structure in Singapore and the organizational practice of Annual‑Wage‑Supplement equal to a month’s salary at the end of the calendar year (as eligible) subject to JCU board’s decision.
