1. Build and Lead: Establish and manage a high-performing media buying team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear insights, updates, and recommendations to achieve business goals.
3. Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge growth strategies to optimize performance and drive ROI.
4. Analyze and Optimize: Conduct growth analysis using data-driven methodologies to identify trends, improve KPIs, and ensure consistent business growth.
5. Collaborate: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
6. Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in performance marketing, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in paid media buying, specifically for D2C e-commerce brands within the lifestyle or kids' niche.
2. Expertise in media buying across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in growth analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
4. Exceptional communication skills for managing and maintaining client relationships.
5. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
6. Hustle mindset: Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build and scale House of Unblur.

• Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Media Strategy expertise for effective campaign planning
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Experience with media buying platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Certifications in media buying or digital marketing are a plus
