Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Development:
Develop, program, and implement PLC, HMI based automation systems.
Design control systems and electrical schematics.
Implementation & Commissioning:
Associate Chief Engineer in system installation, testing, and commissioning.
Associate Chief Engineer in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Troubleshoot automation systems.
Maintenance & Support:
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and calibration.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and training for customers’ operations teams.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity policies.
Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, wiring diagrams, and software configurations.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming.
Experience with Siemens PLC and HMI systems.
Knowing industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC, MQTT).
Hands-on experience with electrical drawings, CAD software, and sensor integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Siemens TIA Portal or Step 7.
Experience with SCADA software like WinCC.
Knowledge of Python, C++, or Java for automation scripting.
Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and predictive maintenance.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Work Environment:
Office and industrial plant settings.
Travel may be required for site installations and commissioning.
May involve working in hazardous environments (safety training provided).
