Our client is seeking a highly motivated Post-Sales Engineer to join our professional services team. We are looking for a skilled systems engineering professional with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and working with enterprise IT infrastructures and virtualization platforms. The Post-Sales Engineer will be involved in various areas, including implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting, to ensure customers gain maximum value from our solutions.

• Lead post-sales implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and customize deployments accordingly.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for customer technical teams.
• Develop and maintain best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and provide feedback to internal teams.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical post-sales, implementation, or systems engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring.
• Interest in customer engagement and applying new technologies to solve real‑world challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is an advantage.
• Exposure to scripting (batch, Unix shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, containers, and Dev eelOps practices is beneficial.
• Experience with Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects concurrently.
