Job summary
A leading solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate with strong SQL expertise and experience in database troubleshooting. The role involves writing and optimizing SQL queries, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, and effectively communicating with users to resolve issues. You'll need to adapt to various database schemas and document your work clearly. This position offers an opportunity to solve complex problems and improve overall user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in SQL and database-related troubleshooting.
- Skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution.
- Good experience in L1 and L2 support.
Responsibilities
- Address user queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Adapt to database schema including tables and views.
- Document changes, issues, and solutions clearly.
Skills
- Strong experience in SQL and database-related troubleshooting.
- Skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution.
- Good experience in L1 and L2 support.
- Ability to quickly adapt to database schema including tables, columns, stored procedures, views, indexing, and sorting logic.
- Proficient in addressing user queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Effective communication skills, able to interact with users and cross-functional teams to solve problems.
- Experience with debugging, log analysis, and monitoring tools for identifying root causes.
- Ability to interpret data flow across multiple applications and understand system dependencies.
- Capable of documenting changes, issues, and solutions in a clear and timely manner.
