Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy end-to-end conversational and web-based experiences that help users understand products by leveraging an internal product knowledge repository and catalog.

• Design and scale the product knowledge repository to support fast, reliable retrieval.

• Architect and scale the product catalog and related systems.

• Develop intelligent agents capable of using internal resources and tools to deliver expert-level insights into product details, rollout status, and performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, and React.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and agent-building frameworks.

• Solid understanding of machine learning ecosystems (platforms, libraries, frameworks) preferred.
