JOB DESCRIPTION

• Basic Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing simple monthly reports and updating financial records for internal use
• Budget Tracking: Support the tracking of actual expenses against budget and help flag discrepancies
• Simple Financial Analysis: Help compile data for trend analysis and provide basic insights on income and expenses
• Expense Monitoring: Record and monitor company expenses; assist in identifying areas for basic cost-saving
• Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate financial records, organize receipts, invoices, and transaction logs
• Invoice & Payment Support: Assist with issuing invoices, tracking payments, and preparing payment runs
• Regulatory Support: Help ensure documents and records are filed correctly for audits or tax purposes
• Cash Flow Tracking: Support monitoring of incoming and outgoing cash to help the team maintain liquidity
• Team Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff to clarify finance-related matters
• Process Support: Help improve and streamline day-to-day finance tasks for better accuracy and efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
