Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an entry-level candidate for an accounting role. Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and maintaining financial records. The ideal applicant has a diploma or degree in business or accounting. Familiarity with Xero or SAP is a plus. Only Singaporeans and PRs are preferred for this position.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Xero or SAP is advantageous.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preference for Singaporean and PRs.
Responsibilities
- Check supplier invoices and seek approval before processing payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Keep track of monthly payments and expenditures.
