Job description
We are hiring 3 Months Contract HR Operations Admin Assistant (Medical) to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Description:
- Oversee the onboarding process for clinicians.
- Work with Department Admin to assign supervisors for online performance appraisal system.
- Manage the AP Direct system for Visiting Consultants and Locums.
- Handle billing and payment for clinicians' services, including Master Service Agreements and Visiting Consultant/Locum services.
- Track and update spreadsheets for any new requests or changes.
- Communicate with Specialty Operations regarding the submission of new requests or modifications.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to initiate the privileging process for specialists.
- Undertake any additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant working experience in HR Operations work.
- Possess good communication skills, meticulousness, and team spirit.
- Possess hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (such as vlookup and pivot table).
