• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain HR records and handle confidential information
• Track attendance and manage leave applications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour guidelines
• Support HR initiatives and other administrative duties as required

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant work experience)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality
