A leading architectural firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled project manager to oversee industrial projects. This role involves leading project teams, guiding design development, and managing construction and contractual issues. Candidates are required to hold a Degree in Architecture and have at least 5 years of local project management experience, along with knowledge of local regulations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively or independently are essential.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of local project management experience.
- Well versed in local Authority’s regulations and guidelines for submissions.
Responsabilités
- Lead project teams and consultants, involved in full circle of Architectural practice.
- Guide design development and implementation.
- Manage construction and contractual issues.
