An Azure Specialist is a sales-driven, cloud-skilled individual contributor responsible for leading Azure growth across assigned accounts. The role combines technical depth, business acumen, and orchestration leadership to help customers realize end-to-end digital transformation on Microsoft Azure.

We are seeking a Digital Cloud & AI Specialist to help organisations accelerate their digital transformation journey. This role combines technical expertise in cloud and AI solutions with business acumen, enabling customers to innovate and achieve measurable outcomes using Microsoft technologies.

• Customer Engagement & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology decision-makers.
  • Lead strategic discussions on cloud adoption, AI integration, and application modernisation.
• Solution Design & Delivery
  • Architect and recommend solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, AI services, and data platforms.
  • Drive migration strategies for applications and data to the cloud.
• Sales & Consumption Acceleration
  • Identify opportunities, build business cases, and accelerate Azure and AI consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
• Thought Leadership
  • Promote Microsoft’s vision for AI and cloud innovation.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies such as Copilot, agentic AI, and Foundry IQ.

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years in technology-related sales or account management.
  • 2+ years in solution or services sales.
• Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, AI/ML concepts, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with application modernisation (e.g., AKS, App Service) and Azure Databases.
• Certifications
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with AI frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure Copilot, and automation tools.
