A maritime services provider based in Singapore is seeking a candidate to coordinate and attend vessel inspections, safety audits, and navigation assessments. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience on tanker vessels and 2 years in a senior officer capacity. The role involves responsibilities such as conducting pre-purchase inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience on tanker vessels.
- Minimum 2 years as Senior Officer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend vessel inspections and surveys.
- Conduct pre-purchase inspections.
- Assess vessel navigation and operational performance.
Skills
- To Coordinate and attend vessel inspection and surveys.
- To Coordinate and attend tanker expediting and loss control.
- To Coordinate and attend to vessel Safety auditing / training advice.
- To Coordinate and attend Navigation Audits.
- P & I/Charterers / Oil Majors vessel inspections.
- To conduct pre-purchase inspections.
- To Assess vessel Navigation / Cargo / Operational performance.
- To Coordinate and attend Time Charter Inspections.
- To conduct flag state inspections.
- To Coordinate and conduct dry bulk vessel inspections.
- At least 5 years’ experience on tanker vessels and 2 years as Senior Officer.
