Job description
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Manage project changes and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates. Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on projects. Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or relevant field. Prior experience as a project coordinator in the fire protection, marine, or oil & gas industry. Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
