Job summary
A staffing and search agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, while ensuring company policy compliance and liaising with customers. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping and debt collection.
- Excellent communication skills in English, strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, and GL.
- Liaise with customers regarding payment matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on purchases and payments.

Our client is in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) industry which comprises Early Childhood Development Centres, such as infant care, child care and preschool services. They are currently looking out for an Accounts Executive to be part of their growing team!
Job Description:
- Full sets of Accounts (Knowledge inAP, AR and GL)
- Knowledge in Microsoft ERP software GP
- Ensure purchases and payments adhere to Company policy
- Liaise with internal and external customers on payment related matters
- Problem solving related to 3rd party payment matters
- Prepare Withholding Tax forms for foreign suppliers if required
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Reports to Director Accounts
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Experience in bookkeeping / Accounting experience / debt collection
- Excellent communication skills oral and written English, numeracy & analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with children, adults of different cultures & backgrounds
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:15pm)
