Job summary

GO JOBS LLP in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Cook for a Chinese Zi Char kitchen. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes across two shifts, with 50 hours per week and training provided. The monthly pay ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,150, with 1.5-hour breaks.

You will work from multiple shift times (9:00–20:30) or (10:30–22:00) and be trained to enhance culinary techniques while maintaining kitchen hygiene and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese Zi Char dishes following established recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during assigned shifts from 9am to 8:30pm or 10:30am to 10pm with 1.5-hour breaks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to meet hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and timely order preparation.
• Participate actively in cooking skill training to improve culinary techniques and dish quality.
