Job summary

DCSS Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking an Experienced Presales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between the sales organization and customers.

You will present our virtualization, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions, delivering compelling PoCs, demos, and architectures tailored to client needs. You will collaborate with sales, design winning solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and security, guide customers through RFPs, and support post-sale handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, or cybersecurity environments.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack, Nutanix)
• Practical experience with OS environments (Windows Server, Linux), virtual machine deployments and migrations (P2V/V2V), and resource optimization
• Solid foundational understanding of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, network security, and Zero Trust principles
• Experience supporting or implementing Zero Trust frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements
• Design and deliver compelling proof of concepts, product demos, and solution architectures tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop comprehensive solutions across infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution positioning, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations
• Propose and demonstrate Zero Trust Security and virtualization concepts using the most suitable technologies and platforms
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and design blueprints
• Facilitate a smooth post-sales transition by supporting handover to delivery and implementation teams
