The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a courteous Restaurant Service Associate to join our client in Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders for food and beverages, and ensure prompt, professional service during shifts from 11am to 10pm.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in F&B, with a SFA Food Safety & Hygiene certification, and a willingness to upsell while maintaining a spotless dining area. Working 44 hours per week, salary SGD 2,500–2,800 monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
