Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a customer-focused F&B attendant to join a Chinese cuisine venue in Somerset, Singapore.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving promptly, handling payments, maintaining hygiene, and upselling menu items. This role requires 44 hours per week over 5.5 days, with shifts from 11am to 10pm.

Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene and at least 2 years in F&B are preferred; salary ranges SGD 2,500–3,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days and shifts.

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
