Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations across multiple F&B outlets in Singapore. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction and service excellence, while shaping budgets, forecasts and cost controls to meet business targets.

The role requires 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality with at least 3 years in senior leadership. You will manage multi-unit operations and work in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality, incl. 3+ years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost management and performance analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's F&B market and trends.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, operational environment.

• Gross salary: SGD 8,000–10,000 per month
• Work schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.
