Job summary

GREENSAFE International is seeking a dedicated youth program coordinator to support school-based initiatives in Singapore. You will observe classrooms, conduct targeted pull-out sessions, and help run Start IT Right and PowerUp Hours to boost social-emotional development.

You will maintain attendance and progress records, report to the YH Team, engage families with newsletters, and collaborate with YHs, Form Teachers, School Counsellors, SWO, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Registered with MOE
• Qualifications in youth work, social work, counselling, psychology, etc.
• 3 years' relevant working experience

• Observe classrooms, conduct targeted pull-out sessions, and facilitate recess get-togethers to build social-emotional skills
• Plan and organise Start IT Right activities at the start of each term
• Plan and implement P3/4 Project F.L.Y., P5/6 Project L.O.L., and PowerUp Hours (homework support)
• Maintain records of attendance, interventions, and progress; track development and provide updates to the YH Team
• Plan parent-bonding activities, disseminate newsletters, and gather feedback
• Work with YHs, Form Teachers, School Counsellors, and SWO; coordinate with external partners; conduct staff sharing sessions

Job description

Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–4:30pm

Key Roles

• School Hours Support: Observe classrooms, conduct targeted pull-out sessions, and facilitate recess get-togethers to build social-emotional skills

• Level Bonding: Plan and organise "Start IT Right" activities at the start of each term

• After-School Programmes: Plan and implement P3/4 Project F.L.Y., P5/6 Project L.O.L., and PowerUp Hours (homework support)

• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records of attendance, interventions, and progress; track development and provide updates to the YH Team

• Family Engagement: Plan parent-bonding activities, disseminate newsletters, and gather feedback

• Collaboration: Work with YHs, Form Teachers, School Counsellors, and SWO; coordinate with external partners; conduct staff sharing sessions
