Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the Tree House/Student Services Hub, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students.

You will build positive relationships, provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students who struggle to reintegrate, and plan targeted intervention programmes to boost engagement and academic success. This role reports to the Student Development Team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in social work, psychology, counselling, child development, youth work or related disciplines.
• Registered Social Worker or SASW is required or eligible.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tree House / Student Services Hub, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with identified students.
• Provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students unable to integrate back to class.
• Plan and conduct intervention programmes (academic support, mentoring, engagement).
• Observe, identify, document student needs and report to Student Development Team.
• Provide feedback on student needs and programme experience.
• Conduct termly review of engagement programme and recommend improvements.
• Maintain professional conduct with students and school personnel.

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
• Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or related disciplines
• Registered Social Worker or Social Work Practitioner with SASW
• At least 2 years' relevant experience
