Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Social Worker to manage the Tree House/Student Services Hub, build relationships with students, and provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours.

You will plan intervention programmes, observe student needs, and report to the Student Development Team. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Social Work, SASW registration, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or related disciplines.
• Registered Social Worker or Social Work Practitioner with SASW.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tree House / Student Services Hub, ensuring safe and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with identified students.
• Provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students unable to integrate back to class.
• Plan and conduct intervention programmes (academic support, mentoring, engagement).
• Observe, identify, document student needs and report to Student Development Team.
• Provide feedback on student needs and programme experience.
• Conduct termly review of engagement programme and recommend improvements.
• Maintain professional conduct with students and school personnel.
• Any other duties assigned.

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
• Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
