Job summary

National Youth Council Singapore's Youth Corps Singapore is seeking dynamic individuals for a one-year contract with the Engagement Team to champion youth volunteerism. You will contribute to recruitment, engagement and recognition of Youth Corps Leaders and Members via online and face-to-face platforms, and build partnerships with local and overseas partners.

As part of the team, you will gain hands-on experience in youth engagement projects, reporting, and coordinating events, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating youth programmes or volunteer activities.
• Experience liaising with social service agencies or IHLs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Able to mentor youths on evenings/weekends.
• Team player with adaptability in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to outreach, engagement and recruitment across schools and IHLs.
• Support youth development and manage intern journey processes.
• Plan and organize Youth Corps milestone events.
• Administer grant applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with schools, youth sector organisations and partners.
