Job summary

National Youth Council Singapore is seeking dynamic individuals to champion youth volunteerism in IHLs. The role focuses on designing and coordinating Youth Corps programmes, developing training workshops, and guiding youths to create sustainable community impact.

The successful candidate will work with schools and community partners to deliver meaningful volunteering opportunities and foster a nationwide movement for youth leadership and service learning.

Qualifications

• Interest in community service and youth development.
• Experience coordinating training and partnerships with social service agencies or schools.
• Ability to develop training curriculums and delivery methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication for curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and content creation for Youth Corps programmes, including administration and events for engaging youth.
• Design, deliver and coordinate skills development workshops aligned with Youth Corps objectives.
• Evaluate programme and training effectiveness to equip youths with essential skills for sustainable impact.
• Manage survey data collection and curate questions based on NYC indicators.
• Support schools in engaging with community partners and coordinating training.
• Collaborate with community partners to curate meaningful service opportunities for youths.
• Mentor youths in designing and delivering their service projects.
