Job summary

National Youth Council is hiring for a Community Nurturers role within Youth Corps Singapore. You will mentor youth volunteers, re-engage leaders, and oversee community projects aligned with national priorities to foster a vibrant ecosystem of youth-led initiatives.

You will collaborate with NYC divisions and external organisations to provide diverse volunteering opportunities, manage grants, and support cluster networks while empowering socially conscious and active young citizens to effect

Qualifications

• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Effective project management and coordination skills
• Ability to design youth-centric engagement programmes
• Knowledge of youth engagement and development

Responsibilities

• Youth Re-engagement & Retention: curate touchpoints and surface volunteering opportunities
• Youth Corps Cluster Network Management: plan events and evaluate grant reports
• Affiliate Scheme Management: drive partnerships and onboard affiliates
• Engage and mentor youth volunteers, support ground-up initiatives and align with national priorities
