Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated youth engagement professional to manage student behaviour and safety incidents, and to conduct misconduct investigations.

The role includes implementing disciplinary and restorative interventions, home visits when required, and supporting development programmes. You will engage with parents and external agencies as needed, maintain precise student records, and provide essential administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Counselling, Educational Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in youth engagement, preferably in a school setting.
• Experience supporting students with social-emotional needs and/or learning difficulties.
• Patient, firm yet warm, respectful in approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage student behaviour and safety incidents.
• Conduct misconduct and bullying investigations.
• Implement disciplinary and restorative interventions.
• Conduct home visits and neighbourhood patrols when required.
• Support student development programmes.
• Engage parents and external agencies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate student case records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support
