The role involves upholding student well-being, maintaining discipline during routines and events, delivering motivational talks, leading light activities to boost resilience and health, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in youth work, student support, or social services; school environment experience preferred.
• Certifications: First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, or crisis de-escalation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor High Needs Students (HNS) one-on-one, offering guidance, homework help, and emotional support.
• Assist with case management, parent/student engagement, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain discipline during daily routines and school events (e.g., camps, Speech Day).
• Deliver motivational talks and lead light physical activities to boost resilience and health.
• Coordinate student interventions with school staff and parents.
• Handle general administrative and office duties as required.
