Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience working with children/youths at-risk.
• Support students with behavioural, emotional, or learning needs through targeted interventions, mentoring, or developmental programmes.
• Degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution (e.g. NUS or NTU).
• Preferably in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Child or Adolescent Development or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors to customise and implement structured support UPLIFT programmes tailored to meet diverse student needs.
• Create and curate programme resources while managing administrative tasks including student progress monitoring.
• Provide individual and group support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
• Build positive relationships and implement early intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with Year Heads, School Counsellors, Form Teachers and programme providers to monitor student progress.
