Job summary

Widewings Pte. Ltd. invites a Youth Worker to support Students with Additional Needs (SWANS) at a Woodlands campus.

The role combines programme management, targeted interventions, and collaboration with school staff to strengthen student engagement and social-emotional development. You will lead UPLIFT activities, conduct check-ins, deliver workshops, and report progress to Year Heads, Counsellors, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Preferably in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Child or Adolescent Development or equivalent.
• Minimum three years direct experience working with children/youth at-risk.

Responsibilities

• Programme management and implementation of tailored support programmes (UPLIFT).
• Direct student support through individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with Year Heads, Counsellors, Form Teachers, and programme providers.
• Regular reporting on student progress to teachers and school leaders.
