Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience working with children / youths at-risk.
• Support students with behavioral, emotional, or learning needs through targeted interventions or mentoring.
• Singaporean nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students under detention, in-house suspension and reintegration programmes.
• Conduct student patrols during arrival, recess and dismissal, and promote positive behaviour through restorative practices.
• Assist with minor incident investigations, interviews, evidence gathering and report preparation.
• Engage, mentor and provide social-emotional support to identified students.
• Develop and conduct targeted SEL activities and provide in-class student support where required.
• Maintain student discipline records, case notes, statistics and intervention updates.
• Liaise with teachers and school staff to support student development and learning continuity.
• Assist with reviewing student management processes and perform other duties assigned by the school.
