Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a School-based Social Worker to manage the Tree House / Student Services Hub during hours, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students. You will regularly connect with identified students in collaboration with the Student Development Team to foster positive relationships and support holistic development.

You will provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students who struggle with integration or catching up due to absences

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or related.
• Registered Social Worker or SASW-registered practitioner.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tree House / Student Services Hub during hours to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Regularly connect with identified students with the Student Development Team to build relationships.
• Provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students facing absences or suspensions.
• Plan and conduct intervention programs after school and for home, aligned with character development goals.
