LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to engage youths and their families in the community.

You will manage individual cases, review progress, and coordinate with probation and child protection officers to ensure cohesive support across families, schools, and employers. You will also develop partnerships with community stakeholders, prepare case presentations, document records, and participate in group work for residents, contributing to successful

Qualifications

Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 3 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting.
Knowledge of social work interventions and willingness to grow clinical skills.
Passionate about working with youths and reducing risk factors through case planning.

Responsibilities

Individualised case management and conduct orientation for cases, developing intervention goals and timelines.
Collaborate with Probation Officers, Child Protection Officers, families, schools and employers for co-case management.
Build partnerships with stakeholders, employers, CSOs and community partners for reintegration efforts.
Prepare for, attend and present cases at platforms to update on intervention progress.
Document casework records comprehensively and accurately.
Coordinate with Hostel Operations for daily movement and essential information.
Conduct and participate in group work for residents and support ad-hoc duties as needed.
