Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Social Work and have a passion for helping youths. This is a contractual position, with the requirement to work nights every fortnight and some weekends to execute community-based programs.

Qualifications

• Candidate possesses a minimum Degree/postgraduate certification in Social Work.
• Preferably trained in YLS/CMI (Youth Level of Service/ Case Management Inventory).
• Willing to work one night every fortnight and on some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment.
• Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders.
• Conduct and facilitate groupwork sessions.
