Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles
• Sound knowledge of research methods and analysis
• Basic proficiency in quantitative data management and processing
• Familiarity with data analysis and/or visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau) would be advantageous
• Good critical thinking, data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good project management skills with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative and resourceful team player who is willing to learn and able to adapt well in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to support policy research.
• Design research methodology and questionnaires for studies on youth.
• Manage fieldwork and coordinate data collection activities.
• Analyse data and visualise results to inform programmes and policy.
• Provide research consultancy and translate insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate research processes to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Support dissemination of findings across platforms and Government partners.
