Job summary

National Youth Council Singapore invites applications for Manager (Global Office). You will foster relationships with local and overseas youth counterparts, strengthen regional youth cooperation, and equip youth with regional awareness to engage Asia effectively.

The role focuses on managing partnerships with educational institutions, administering grant processes, analyzing programme data, and maintaining IT systems, with a secondary portfolio in international relations and programme management

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and with high learning agility.
• Relevant experience in grant management, data management, process, system management and project management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with diverse partners.
• Knowledge of and interest in data and systems, the youth sector and international relations.
• Proven ability to manage data, systems, stakeholders and project development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnership activities for the AEP by liaising with IHLs and partners to support programme delivery and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
• Manage grant administration processes including ensuring compliance and performance monitoring and measuring youth development outcomes.
• Support data and systems operations including youth data, survey data, learning analytics, and the Learning Management System for international youth programmes and backend processes.
• Coordinate and support outbound trips and youth delegations representing Singapore at international platforms.
• Conceptualise and implement regional exchanges and leadership programmes, regularly reviewing outcomes to ensure value creation for NYC.
