Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking a research-led professional to deepen understanding of youths' career aspirations and to shape programmes that strengthen youth engagement with career planning. Qualifications

Experience in youth engagement, market and consumer research, programme development or grants management.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills including surveys, interviews and focus groups.
Familiarity with youth development trends and education-to-work transitions.
Experience designing initiatives for diverse youth profiles and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on youths' career planning and aspirations.
Identify youth-related trends and inform school-to-work transitions strategies.
Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for programmes and outreach.
Develop funding proposals and manage grants for youth initiatives.
Collaborate with educators, youth groups and partners to expand outreach.
Monitor funding usage and report programme outcomes.
Present findings to senior management and external partners.
