Job summary

RySense in Singapore seeks a capable Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Research to lead and own research studies from planning to reporting. You will manage qualitative and quantitative projects, coordinate fieldwork with vendors and partners, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

For Assistant Manager level, you may mentor junior staff and contribute to team capability-building while maintaining rigorous data quality, analysis, and clear storytelling through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in market, policy, social or industry research.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies across local, industry and international projects.
• Conduct literature reviews, background research and contextual analysis to support design and interpretation.
• Develop and refine research instruments including questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Plan study execution with sampling, timelines and fieldwork approaches.
• Coordinate fieldwork with internal teams, vendors and partners, ensuring timely progress.
• Own project timelines, milestones and deliverables to high standards.
• Clean, process, structure and transform data for analysis and reporting.
• Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and insights.
• Interpret findings and contribute to reports and recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communication and feedback, collaborating across teams.
• For Assistant Manager level, mentor junior staff and support development.
