Job summary

Touch Community Services Limited in Singapore is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children & Youth Social Work team, supporting a suite of social mobility and prevention programmes.

You will assist children, youths and families through case management, group work, programme planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement and accurate case administration to strengthen well-being, resilience and social mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
• Registered Social Worker preferred, with 2+ years of relevant casework.
• Experience in group work and programme coordination is advantageous.
• Training in CSWP, BPSS, FAST tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, needs and risk assessments for children, youths and families and develop intervention plans.
• Provide case management services including engagement, assessment, intervention, review, referrals and closure.
• Plan and facilitate group work for children, youths and families in school-based and community settings.
• Coordinate social mobility and prevention programmes and events.
• Manage programme operations, venues, materials and communications with participants.
• Build relationships with schools, community partners and agencies.
• Maintain accurate case and programme records and databases.
• Participate in supervision, programme reviews and related learning activities.
• Support regional youth programmes as part of broader involvement.
