Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking an Assistant Senior Social Worker (FSC Admiralty) to co-lead multi-disciplinary teams, supervise junior social workers, and drive casework, group work and community development initiatives in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

You will conduct risk and needs assessments, prepare and endorse social reports, lead case conferences, apply holistic assessments, and supervise practice to enhance the organisation’s standards of care and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Graduate Diploma / Master in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct social work experience post-qualification, especially in casework & counselling.
• Experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social/case workers.
• Experience working with high-risk (family violence) cases.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead multi-disciplinary teams involved in casework and group work; implement community development programmes with partners and stakeholders.
• Provide practice supervision to junior Social Workers and assist Senior/Lead Social Workers in uplifting professional practice.
• Conduct risks and needs assessments; prepare, review and endorse social reports; lead multi-disciplinary case conferences.
